- Welcome and refreshments offered
- Presentation on the impact of the Coop on sustainability and ethical consumption in Chinley as well as the activities of the Coop – Jill Stocks
- Presentation about the volunteers, their contributions and successes – Steve Minter
- Summary of the sales figures – Dave Berk
- Presentation of the annual accounts – Anne Blears
- Vote by the shareholders to approve the annual accounts, approve the interest payment to shareholders and appoint the management committee until the next AGM
Afterwards there will be refreshments
